We are looking for people who are calm, respectful of their roommates, treat the apartment as a place to relax or study and take care of order.

Smoking and keeping pets in the apartment is prohibited.

The rent includes a fixed, flat-rate fee for all utilities, which includes electricity, hot and cold water, heating, waste disposal, and administrative fees.

We conclude long-term contracts for a specified period, with the possibility of extension.

We also conclude contracts remotely with an electronic signature. Before concluding such a contract, we discuss the most important rental conditions by phone and provide a sample contract.

When signing the contract, we charge a refundable deposit.
