Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

A fixed, flat fee for all utilities should be added to the rent, which includes electricity, hot and cold water, heating, waste disposal, administrative fees.

We also conclude contracts remotely with an electronic signature. Before concluding such a contract, we discuss the most important rental conditions over the phone and provide a sample contract.
