The apartment is designed for 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped (hob, fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.

Our tenants are young and friendly working or studying people aged 18-30. It is very important for us that the tenants understand each other well and communicate without any problems. We are looking for people who are calm, respectful of their roommates, who treat the apartment as a place to relax or study and who care about order.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

A fixed, flat fee for all utilities should be added to the rent, which includes electricity, hot and cold water, heating, waste disposal, administrative fees.

We conclude long-term contracts for a definite period, with the possibility of extension.

We also conclude contracts remotely with an electronic signature. Before concluding such a contract, we discuss the most important rental conditions over the phone and provide a model contract.
