The apartment is located in a tenement house equipped with an elevator. It is designed for five people. It has been equipped with all necessary equipment. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, plates, cutlery.

The apartment has an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine.

The room is fully equipped, lockable.

Our tenants are young and friendly working or studying people aged 18-30. It is very important for us that the tenants understand each other well and communicate without any problems. We are looking for people who are calm, respectful of their roommates, who treat the apartment as a place to relax or study and who care about order.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

A fixed, flat fee for all utilities should be added to the rent, which includes electricity, hot and cold water, heating, waste disposal, administrative fees.
