The place is very well connected with other parts of the city - the apartment is located on the corner of Al. Niepodległości and ul. Nowowiejska, right next to tram and bus stops, instant access to the city center and metro station (M. Politechnika, M. Centrum).

Right next to the entrance to the building there is an atmospheric cafe, Cafe Nero, where you can always drink delicious coffee and eat an excellent sandwich or dessert. Next to the cafe there is also a bakery, a kiosk and a grocery store.

A fixed, flat fee for all utilities should be added to the rent, which includes electricity, hot and cold water, heating, waste disposal, administrative fees.

We conclude long-term contracts for a definite period, with the possibility of extension.

We also conclude contracts remotely with an electronic signature. Before concluding such a contract, we discuss the most important rental conditions over the phone and provide a sample contract.
